I'm please to let you know that the application deadline for the Garfield Weston Awards for College students have been extended to April 15.This award, intended for students who are planning to go to a college diploma/applied degree program (university transfer programs are NOT eligible), comprises an $8000 annual stipend, tuition waiver from the college, and a $3500 summer funding. It is one of the biggest award available for college students.
All students with a minimum 75% average are encouraged to apply. Since they are extending the application deadline, it is an indication that your chance of winning an award has increased as there are probably not enough applications.
