If you are a grade 12 student who is a Queen Mary Elementary alumnus, you be have a chance to win an award valued at $750.00.The Queen Mary Elementary School Student Achievement Award recognizes a student who demonstrates academic achievement, as well as history of community service. A 250 to 300-word statement on the role of teenagers in the community, transcript, and evidence of acceptance into a full-time post-secondary program are also required.
The application deadline is May 7, 2010. You can come to my office to pick up an application form.
